bdt8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Bangladeshi Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the bdt8 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at bdt8.io.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the bdt8 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on bdt8.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited BDT funds held in a Player's account that have not been designated as bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts credited to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet volume a Player must achieve before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole transaction currency on the bdt8 platform.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means the mobile wallet and banking services accepted by bdt8, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all timestamps, settlement times, and promotional deadlines on the platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by bdt8 prior to certain account actions including withdrawal processing.

2 Eligibility

2.1 The bdt8 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by bdt8 or by any other gambling platform or authority.
• You have not previously had an account on bdt8 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation in registering or using a bdt8 account.

2.2 bdt8 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the bdt8 platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. bdt8 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of the context in which it operates.

3 Account Registration

3.1 To access betting and casino services on bdt8, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and preferred payment method.

3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) bdt8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bdt8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain such confidentiality.

3.4 You must notify bdt8 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. bdt8 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of a reported security breach.

3.5 Account login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members or friends. Any bet placed through your account is deemed to have been placed by you, regardless of who physically operated the device.

3.6 bdt8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Funds

4.1 All financial transactions on the bdt8 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt8 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by bdt8 on deposits or withdrawals processed through Supported Payment Methods.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bdt8 does not charge a deposit fee; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdt8 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. bdt8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal requests will not be processed where:

• The Player's account has not undergone completed KYC verification;
• Active wagering requirements remain on bonus funds within the account;
• bdt8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
• The account is subject to an active investigation or dispute resolution process.

4.5 bdt8 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on any funds held in Player accounts. Funds deposited into a bdt8 account are held for gaming purposes only and may not be used as a savings vehicle or financial instrument of any kind.

4.6 In the event that a deposit is made in error or a technical fault results in an incorrect credit to a Player's account, bdt8 reserves the right to reverse or correct such transactions at any time, and any bets placed using erroneously credited funds may be voided.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 bdt8 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer and which supplement these Terms.

5.2 Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by bdt8:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless otherwise stated.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on bdt8 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms. Generally, slots may contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute a lower percentage.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirements and remaining bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry periods are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).
• Maximum Withdrawal: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted by promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.

5.3 bdt8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, bdt8 will provide reasonable notice before any material change to the associated wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonuses are offered for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to staking patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements ("low-risk hedging"), will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on bdt8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category: sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other game formats available on the platform.

6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bdt8 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before confirming any wager.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during the placement or settlement of a bet, bdt8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. bdt8 will not be liable for any claimed losses arising from a technical fault.

6.4 For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other covered events — the rules governing settlement, postponement, abandonment, and void markets are set out in the Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms.

6.5 All casino games on bdt8 use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by the relevant third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is determined by the game provider and is available in the individual game information panel.

6.6 bdt8 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount, maximum win amount, or number of concurrent open bets for any Player at any time, without being required to provide a reason for such limitation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt8 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Colluding with other Players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction through a payment provider;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not legally authorised to use;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

7.2 bdt8 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, bdt8 reserves the right to place a hold on any pending withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 bdt8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide tools to help manage gambling behaviour proactively.

8.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each individual gaming session. An alert will be displayed when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for gambling purposes.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the bdt8 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface design, game software, text, and promotional material, is the intellectual property of bdt8 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt8 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, modification, or public display of any platform content.

9.3 Players must not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software forming part of the bdt8 platform.

9.4 The bdt8 brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of bdt8 and may not be used in any context without express prior written authorisation from bdt8.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt8 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the bdt8 platform.

10.2 bdt8 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults, or events outside bdt8's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, or force majeure events.

10.3 bdt8 shall not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, or for any unauthorised access to a Player's account attributable to the Player's own negligence or failure to follow reasonable security practices.

10.4 bdt8 makes no warranty that the platform, its content, or any game results are free from errors. Where a verifiable technical error has caused an incorrect game outcome or settlement, bdt8's liability shall be limited to restoring the Player's account to its state immediately prior to the error.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 bdt8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account with bdt8, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC, and account operation is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and, where the Player has opted in, direct marketing communications.

11.3 bdt8 employs industry-standard SSL encryption across all pages of the platform, including login, account management, and payment pages, to protect the transmission of personal and financial data.

11.4 bdt8 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as required to operate the platform and maintain compliance obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 bdt8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Players' rights, obligations, or the conditions under which bonuses may be claimed or withdrawn — bdt8 will provide reasonable notice of the change by displaying a notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

12.2 The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the bdt8 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.3 If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting bdt8 support. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following successful identity verification, subject to there being no outstanding breach of the preceding version of the Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising from or related to your use of the bdt8 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and bdt8 regarding bet settlement, account management, payment processing, or any other platform matter, Players should first contact bdt8 support to seek resolution. bdt8 is committed to resolving all legitimate disputes fairly and promptly.

13.3 Disputes regarding the outcome of a specific game or sports betting market must be raised within seven (7) days of the disputed event settlement. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered.

13.4 bdt8's decision on all disputes, made after good-faith review of the relevant evidence, shall be final and binding.
